Thanks everyone! :D
Opacus: Wow, what a compliment! Yes, his work has been a huge influence on me!
Damian: I think I see what you're saying about the rocks, but the value in rage really comes into play once it's in the context of walls and ceilings.
NoeL: Haha, yes I am a bloody yank, but the rest of the team is from Australia!
I feel like the trees are quite flat and could use some value changes around the edges.
This is wonderufl, man! You're a fantastic pixel artist.
That brick/ground tile has a huge range in value, more so than the tiles above that are walkable. So where I assume you wanted the tiles to drop off underneath the grass, it looks like it bulges out. The game looks great, but from an art stand point could be better. Where this factors into production costs is anoother story I guess
Looking forward to where this goes.
Looks amazing! Good to see another Aussie.
EDIT: Wait a minute, the Kickstarter page says you're a bloody yank! XD Oh well.
Lookspretty damn good, and from fellowaussies too.Ifonly I had $550 to throw at this. Love how you did the grass.
WOW, just wow!!!... I love the color palette and the tiles, they are pretty nice ;)
Beautiful! Was wondering when you would post some backgrounds after seeing the Kickstarter video :P
Very cool, the graphical style in this scene reminds me of mega drive games.
Thanks for pointing that out, Motrox! There was an odd quirk with my tile editor, but now I've adjusted it. :)
This is amazing! I couldn't help but notice a slight copy/cut error in the center of the image though.. Right on the tree. Other than that I love this.
I see somebody's been browsing Henk Nieborg's site :D
