I don't know why, but I don't like their fantasy elements, but the other parts are superb! So peaceful and you really got the colors! (It's stands for the other two Jontron background too.)

is this symbolism? I don't want to be that guy but What's that ocean full of lava? with the devil? right next to peacful pictures? are you showing us the end of the 4th age? 
love the first and third palettes. Third one especially.
The last one is mostly covered by the jontron silhouette, that's why :P I admit
That cityscape is definitely my favorite. Loving the colors. The last one looks kinda unfinished though.

the 2nd bg it's kinda confuse to me, seems like a italian village half down and a lava river half up. although no one would live that close to the lava xD
The lefthand side of the walking trail could use some AA I think, but great work!
