 Really nicely done! Another top piece  The only off putting thing I find is the scarf however.

 I love this style, the shading method looks so simple but there is a lot of thought that goes into it. Good animation as well!

 @RileyFiery haha thanks, perhaps it's because it only has 10 frames.. I tried to make the puffs move for a bit at first, like weak wind pushes them at first, then second stronger wind comes and moves them.. that might be what you find jumpy :- )

Wonderful stuff Stava. The animation isn't bad, but it is a tad jumpy. At least it's most noticeable in the dangling puffs or whatchamacallits. Adorable lil' girl. I really love the snowman's face.

I think the puffs should stay flowing towards the left a tad longer and then fall back down or stay flowing towards the left a little less. Right now it feels like the wind is starting and stopping rather quickly.
