Hmm...that's right. I have like 4 or 5 different versions with different shadow/light setups because I was going crazy thinking about which continents do fireworks come from (because obviously, it depends on the time zone :/). I will try to correct that before the deadline...

It's a cool idea. I really like the way you gave definition to the forms, but careful with the light around the top of the earth. I don't think light would be coming from that side, so it creates an illusion that this is a hole in his neck.
