I agree with everyone here, great first pixel. The thing you pointed out about the gengar I think has something to do with his smile. 

On the right side it gives the perception that the teeth are set back a few inches, however on the left it gives the perception of being very close to the lips, Unfortunatly I don't know enough about perspective to tell you what changes would be necissary.

Still think that Gengar looks weird though X°
