They make me think about some punks listening to some brainwashing message... and they reminds me also the monks with different coloured robe chanting Alaundo's prophecies at Candlekeep... 
Great stuff. Looks like Warhammer 40,000 Astropaths. Except then they'd all be in blue robes, if I remember the lore correctly. Or was it green? 
Good idea to make them speak asynchronous. My eyes are always following from one face to another. Great job.
