The shadowed sides of the closest pyramids don't share a palette, and seem to have far too many colours. i.e i can magic wand an area on the top of the center pyramid, which appears to continue down to at least the midway point of the pyramid, but only ends up selecting a tiny area at the top, and doesnt select anything on the pyramid next to it which appears to share a palette. 

I'm guessing there's a blend mode on a layer in there causing some issues. Maybe try duplicate the image, posterize it, then fill each resulting colour with tones from the original image. 

That perspective shot looks fantastic.

This looks really cool and well made. The color balance is very nice.

The color count is very high though, with 175 colors. Did you make this with a semi-transparent layer of colors somewhere? I tested it with about 1/4th to 1/6th of the colors and nearly the entire image looked almost exactly the same, so somewhere there's a lot of colors that don't need to be there.
