Nice picture, but I think it's weird that the boobs bounce more when she is standing still than when she is running.

Very nice animation, but... those are some highly mobile boobs. You don't normally see a girl standing still with her boobs bouncing up and down. (I've checked)
Great spritework, the anticipation frame on the jump is a really nice touch you don't see often in the realm of videogame assets (maybe rarely in mockups only?), as it tends to give some lags to the player, which is not ideal. However in a viewer stance it's a real pleasure to witness it go all together :D
