Wow this is really cool, I think it would be nice if the horns were more forward rather than tucked behind to help add some more perspective to the piece. Great work. 
I want to know how you guys make pixel art without creating outlines. Everytime I tried that method I failed, miserably!
My only critique is that horned tentacle skulls have slightly smaller nostrils in real life. Other than that, it's really good!
Can someone please make a joke about Marina's obvious tentacle fetish, for God's sake? I don't want to always be that guy.
