Right, you did a fantastic job and it's cool to see a peice of your real company work get on the top 10. Hopefully bring @DyabitGames some more attention ;)
Great guys.
Thanks! There is a very hard work behind all those graphics. And it's an actual game!
@PabloGalaviz: My brother use cocos2d-iphone, it's free!! But he's always saying he would prefer something more visual like Game Maker.
Nice game, good controls and gameplay. Which game engine or library are you using?
Thanks everyone for the comments!
@CELS: Yes, I'm aware of those perspective issues. Backgroudn buildings should have visible roof. But after looking at some references (ex: Carrier Airwing), I thought it was not that important. At the end, this is just a game!
@Sharm: I'll try to compile them all next week, if I have the time.
@Paddy: Exactly! The spotlights are just a reference to Megaman X4 intro stage. X4 is my favourite Megaman game so far.
@Mathias: No, I didn't. To me, the foreground are the lampposts, but they move fast enough. It's a good idea for the future though.
@iLKke: Didn't knew about that game till now, and I must say it's impressive. Really good pixel animations and explosions.
@AtskaHeart: "La" prota, jeje...
@Marina: Ya te lo dijimos por Twitter, claro que está basado en ese minijuego! Somos como Nintendo, vivimos de las rentas.
Best regards!
So colourful I want to bite a piece off from it!
Awesome.
I could tell from the preview instantly that this was your piece. I just love the style and the colours. This is pure awesomeness right here.
The game is really fun too. Great way of using the tilting mechanics of an iOs device.
Made me think of Aqua Kitty, which is a good thing :)
Beautiful stuff.
Tried applying a pixelled on motion blur to anything? Especially stuff closest in the foreground.
I love how you do vehicles. I'd love to see them all in better detail.
Fantastic.
Some people will tell you there's a perspective clash between foreground and background. And those people worship the devil.
