The two black pixels at the top of her mouth and at the corner of her eye seem out of place. But this is very good.

I fixed a couple of things and messed with the eyes but I don't want the creepy anime look, and I prefer her with big black eyes. always great feedback, thanks albertov.

I really like your color choices here! The face and hair look great. I espescially love the texture in the hair and the nice look of the tanktop on her chest. 

Great design! You could upload the WIP next to the finished version in the same file, as GIF. The result is very cool. I would add some bright pixels to the eyes, and antialiasing to some skin borders. Also, I think the dark purple color ramp would benefit from being lighter and contrasted.
