The long awaited thrilling conclusion to the Shootmans trilogy, Shootmans III: Götterdämmerung the Final ~ eternal cruel apotheosis ~ Deadly Armageddon Apocalypse Edition - The Official Movie Of The Game Of The Book, is finally coming out -- and now with at least 50 % more mans to shoot than in Shootmans II! New man shooting technology together with DawnBringer's DB32 palette brings shooting mans to the new millennium exclusively on Amiga 500. Atari owners can go play whatever it is they play on their machines; it sure as heck ain't going to be Shootmans III!
"Shooting mans has never been this visceral, it's like I'm really shooting mans" -Neurogamer
"Must have for fans of man shooting, those mans aren't gonna shoot themselves" -Sudoku
"mooooooom not now can't you see i'm shooting mans" -Constructoid
The time is now. The hunt is on. The moose is loose. Shoot or get shot.
I'm happy to have finished this in time. First my idea was just a static shoot'em up screen, then it of course had to be animated, then I just had to have a loading screen, then a lobby screen.. I ended up spending something silly like 15 hours on the logo alone before even starting on the actual game part, and I was worried that together with the other screens, I wouldn't have the time. In the end, it's pretty close to what I wanted to do. My old Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop weren't helping because they're really showing their age. :D
