Fixed the arms, I think! I also raised her calves a little bit, though there's not much I could do for the leg on the right. I got rid of the outline too, hopefully that'll make the legs read as shapes rather than poorly defined forms. I tried defining the forms of her legs in several ways, but the flat shapes read much better than any of them.
I edited the snake arm. Thank you, I think this looks better. The legs/feet probably look flat because of the side-on view, there's no 3D-looking plane for them to stand on. Hopefully it'll look better in context where everything else is viewed in the same (lack of) perspective. But, I got rid of the half-outline/shadow on the lit leg since I think that was making things worse.
Like felchqueen said, the legs are really flat. The upper arms and thighs also look a tad too long, compared to the lower arm and calves. Assuming the position on the knee is where it looks like it is, which is a bit ambiguious.
Otherwise, it looks good! I like the style and the hair details.
These are really good! I think the arm on the left of both looks a bit bendy, too rounded at the elbow and the legs and feet look too narrow, a bit like cardboard cutouts not sure how to remedy that though :)
dig it
