Yes.
I actually expanded Megaman's, Sonic's and Mario's quarters quite a bit, but Mario's is still too small.
Like felchqueen said. Pakkuman looks pretty neat and the rest is hard to see.
I know that you tried to incoprorate the characters into the Smash Brothers logo; an awesome Idea by the way!
A real shame that dimension are too small to get the needed readability. 
I really like pac man, unfortunately we don't get to see enough of the other characters especially Mario. Megaman looks a little glum.
Seeing the rest of the pose changes the expression to one more of determination :)
