Yes, I know this is a bit.. late, BUT IT HAD TO BE SAID.

Anyway, it just looks like you took the concept art and "pixelized" it.

it isnt the fact that his legs are long, those are ok. its just that his arms are too short.

The proportions are definitely off. I think either his legs are too long, or his arms are too short, you pick. I also think the colour could be less saturated, and your shading could be a lot smoother (why did you use so few colours?). If this had smoother shading I think I would like it a lot; I like the pose and the way his clothes "flow".
