Check Panda's masterful AA work.
You're on the right track, but still too systematic. Do you check the effect of each single pixel at 100% or 200%? There's no avoiding it when refining pixels; open 2 document windows if your software allows it (one large to pixel in and one small to check).
For instance, in the ~45° parts of curves, you'll find using different values for the AA pixels according to their position along the curve will help the eye smoothen the line. Edit might come later.
You could have shifted hue so as to use the same colors for black-to-yellow and black-to-red AA. Remember value is more important than hue for AA. See Panda!
