Looks very nice... only one complaint:  the "fire" doesn't look or behave like fire.

Looks great, but the fireplace is brighter than the fire.

Nice work as usual. Though the overly detailed pages of the books is a bit jarring.

The fur on the bear is incredible.

This is an exceptional work and it reminds me the good old days of PC gaming. Looks like a classic icon adventure from 90s you know. The only thing I could critize is the flame animation. It looks kind of like a liquid in zero gravity rather than flames but it still looks very nice. I can not believe how good the scene is. You are really a master of pixels.

I don't want to seem like a real creeper, but I think I'm a little aroused at the moment :o

Some nitpicks:

• The fire seems a little too flat, I think it would benefit from a white (or lighter yellow thrown in there).
• I'm a little confused about the lack of AA in certain areas.
• Also, I definitely know you can do better than the plain 50/50 dithering in the doorway and on the box.

Regardless, this is still pretty spectacular :D
