Oh that's pretty. I actually really like the "2 pallette" style with the colours. Striking in a good way.
I interpretted the perspective on the boat to be because of the boat tipping in the water. If that was the intention, though, I'd probably expect more waves.
Thanks for the feedback. I don't have a lot of experience with perspective, I've mainly been working with isometric sprites. I'll be sure to utilize your advice though.
I tried to use two simple palettes that contrasted each other to differentiate between the landscape and objects, but a more unified palette may have ended up working better.

There's a perspective mistake: the sampan is seen as if slightly from below, but it should be slightly from above as it is below the horizon ( = lower than viewer's eyes). Example.
Nice colors, but the palette feels like 2 separate sub-palettes. They need some more neutral tones to join them, and more hue shifting of the purples.
I like this one, but I`d make the sun as the loading circle there, huh.
