I think if you haven't yet given up on the site, you should just go in and remove some superfluous colors, and this piece will be accepted. And it is a very strong piece.

What a pretty little scene, my goodness! I like! The colors are nice, rich and deep. Very nice, very nice indeed :)

I think this piece needs some cleaning up, you have a lot of colours that are only used once.
