The face and hair shading could do some work, like AA and some more tones for them... But the rest ie really OK, I like the outlines. Nice boobs ;D

to resubmit revised pixelart go to 'Edit Details' and then make sure to check "Resubmit revised pixel art for approval". I'd do it for you and approve the peice, but as I dont know what the problem was in the first place I'd best leave it up to whichever admin felt this needed revising in the first place.
