Weird that the lighting on his shield changes as if he's rotating back and forth even though he's not. Very smooth animation otherwise.

Wow. I don't even like heroes at all, but this is gorgeous and make me wanna play it. Do you use any software like Spriter to simulate bones and then you polish the animation in pixel-scale or every frame is made totally manually? It's so smooth.
Oh wow, no, this is all manual. But that's a big compliment though :) If it helps, this is a 8 frames (I think) running cycle in about 30fps. I think that made it smooth than usual.
