Lordz, "because". If you see this as defects, then I see this as acceptable imperfections, going along well with the style I personally like. There are actually no definite rules how I should place my pixels, how I must dither my works or how I do bending, do you agree?;)

Gorgeous! Has a bit of a "fool" feel to it, I must say. Very well animated.

The tongue and the chest are successfully drawing the viewer's attention (they're very nice), altought if one ceases to look at the middle of the picture the broken leg, bad dithering and awful banding steal some magic from your Mimic.

Nevertheless, if that's just daily training speed art - those are just details (except the curved legs). ;)

Oh, thank you kindly for such expanded review! Yes, I know, that it is rough. But they call them "dailies" because they actually are. I don't like to leave my works as scribbles or sketches and always try to make them at least as polished as they become suitable for presentation from my own taste. But... I just want to leave them as they are in the end of the day and go on, to make something new. Maybe I'll do some larger pixel works (in terms of time-consumption), but now I just like the way it is. This was some kind of disclaimer=)

Still, the overall look is a bit ..... rough, maybe even a bit too rough this time for my taste. I always feel you could bring your work to another level if you gave yourself more time for polishing. That being said, I've learned from your other pieces that this bold cluster placement and dithering is an important part your own personal style and I have to say that I like it more and more with every pixel you upload. :)
