Try studying or even consider doing some bouncing ball animations. I know its rudimentary, but it seems your having a hard time grasping the physics of it all. Like Cure said, there has to be a recoil effect once they hit the farthest they can extend downwards.
While the animation is nice and fluid, the intended action is a bit lost to me - is she jumping, maybe walking, or are they just bouncing? If it's either of the former, you'd want to make it look like she's performing the action - right now she just looks like an apathetic porn star.

Haven't seen the first one, but now it is rather ok for stylized animation.
I added a few frames in an attempt to make it more "realistic", i'm honestly not sure what to change now to make it better.

I don't have a problem with exaggerated bounce, but this bounce is awkward. It's very sudden and violent, it feels hard and mechanical. The breasts just slam back and forth between point A and point B, without any real bounce (the jiggle, the recoil, the subtleties that give the breasts a feeling of weight.) I'd add more frames to accomodate this effect, or dial down the bounce if you're keeping the same amount of frames.
