Has it ever happened to you? Playing with your trusty old NES and suddenly...screen flickering, frames tearing and artifacts all over the place.

PJer and former challenge winner SnugBoat wants you to create "glitch art" which is basically art that looks like the computer screen has crashed or something went wrong with the graphics card.
