The year is 2210, you are on a committee headed by Manjaman to decide on the 8 wonders of the future world*. The first 7 have already been decided upon, it's up to you to decide on the 8th.
Keep in mind that it has to be an architectural object** or landform*** that has only existed in the previous 100 years (2110 - 2210).
*world means Earth only, but Earth's orbit is allowed. i.e., a space ring, station, floating island, etc...
**architectural objects include; buildings, statues, bridges and any other man-made structures.
***landforms include geographical structures, such as; cliffs, lakes, canyons, etc...
Canvas Size - Max 200 x 200.
Colors - Max 12.
Transparency - No.
Animation - Optional.

Update on the challenge: The maximum amount of colours was originally stated to be 8; this has now been corrected and changed to 12.
This is one of the best challanges in a long time! I might do one.

if i had time, i'd pixel something like the 'lagoon of clean water', but judging from what happens in the gulf of mexico, this will already be under the top 7 in 2210..
