Usually I wont bother if the transparency colors only 2 or 3, but since you have plenty of it, It become my obligation to inform you of it there no easy way to fix this tho, the only way I can clean it is, to use Eyedropper tool pick the majority transparency colors, and manual delete/paint over the effected area, by crosschecking it using PJ Image Inspector. IDK if it you can also do it with PS or not

I did Stop at 2 hours but after I uploaded to PJ, and staring at annoying pixelssss, I gave in and added some more time to do some touch up. but try to aim for "good enough, that I can put it in the back of my head" than "It need to be perfect". oh BTW, you should draw more, I do see some increase on my speed after occasionally joining PJ challenges. it train your confidence in drawing
