Manu~ Thanks for the advice, but one thing I failed to mention is that I no longer have all of those frames saved to my computer, only the finished piece. Is it still possibly to edit with imageready?

Aww..rats.. the next thing I can do is use the tool my animator already offers, but I'd still have to add the new color in each frame individually. I use easy gif animator by karlis blumentals.

Wow, you did this all while listening to one cd? Thats fast!

This is just amazing work..and only 8 colors! A lot can be done with a little. Great job~

is it possible to use iaza to take out only the outer layer of white transparent and not the inner? DX

It would be so much better if I could do that.

Ah I see. So if I want to make an area transparent in the future pick a color I don't plan on using right?

Thanks!

Ah, those were supposed to be short stubby legs. XD But in order to change him I'd have to tweak all 98 frames. DX

Oh no, using iaza is making it layer!!! DX It took out ALL the white.

I guess I'm going to have to put the original file up with the white..I don't know what to do. Going into each frame and editing it to transparent would be extremely time consuming. DX

There we go, I think I finally got it with iaza. I couldn't tell what I was selecting on that..Thanks!

I was using photoshop, and deleting the white areas..but I'm confused. Is it taking the old file and uploading it somehow?

Also I tried using iaza before and it didn't seem to work either..I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Finally got transparency to work!

I understand that I struggle with color, as I have to find my own through paint. Do you use palettes? Or do you create your own? Another thing is that I think I have a very different pixel style...I like to use the pencil tool in paint sort of like an actual pencil, and then clear out the lines and smooth them. Levelness is great, but at times I like to use the jagged edges to accentuate things. Thats just my take on it anyways... Nice frog~

Backround is something I definitely need to work on. This one was meant to be on its own, with a transparent backround, but I don't know how to do that. I tried to use the suggested site, but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

This was just a simplistic piece, and yes, it would be great if the legs moved, but I'm afraid the way you wrote that struck me as rude, so if I may, I'll critique your critique. You have to remember that people spend alot of time on things, and that it hurts to have somebody bash it. Critique is great, but theres a better way to do it. Also, capitalization would help.

I do know what you mean with contrast, the light colors are harder to see like this.

The bricks spelling out Rai were actually a blinkie, if you look under my gallery, you can see the full, animated piece where the letters light up.
