Holy crap, lots of submissions this week!
Too bad I didn't have time entering this time..
Twinbee Ships have genders.
same as Opa Opa.
and some say that Vic Viper may be a sentient ship.
It didn't entirely suck. It was not sent back for revision ;)
That first example is more appealing to me and I'm sure others might feel that way. I started something and wasn't quite sure what direction to take it.
@xtr3mz, I wouldn't think a background would be allowed since this is supposed to be just a sprite.
@dpixel, do not steer too far away from side view,k.
Actually that example should not even be on there at all.
Ships have genders?
And I was wondering the same thing about the side view (it might be kind of boring at a full on straight side view.), so I'll just assume it can be somewhat tilted, as long as it shows most of the side?
Question: The fist example: http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/17107.htm is not 100% from the side. Since this perspective is in the example can I assume it's ok? I mean slightly turned a bit?
a male and female version of a ship would have made for a better challenge.
I was like 'hmmm.. maybe I should do a quick check before I say such a thing.' But I was on school and my work said no. Yet I did not lie, I did not remember it. Thanks for refreshing, it is much worth it! (And not his only sideview work)
Mind if I refresh your memories? :)
I can not remember any side view ships from squirrel, and I would be interested in his take on it :)
is only 1 space ship?
