Canvas Size - Max 150 x 250. Either horizontal or vertical.
Colours - Unrestricted, but must at include all 6 of the colours in the palette below:

It is hard (that's the point, right ;) but not impossible.

Would be cool if the Cyan ramp would not be so plain ಠ_ಠ That's hard to incorporate in any good pallete especially since you need to use all six.
