CHALLENGE: Cerulean City Pixel-Con

Based on this April Fools' prank, this week's challenge is to depict a character dressed as Misty from Pokemon. Reference image.

Let's see if we can beat them at their own game and create more than 116 Misties.

Your character can be anything (even non-humanoid), as long as it's clear that they're dressed as Misty.

Canvas Size - Max 64 x 64.
Colours - Max 11.
Transparency - Optional.
Animation - No.

I'm assuming the strategy here is to be the most outlandish submission. 64*64 doesn't leave a lot of room for middle ground pieces.

I've gone through three different concepts that I think would work, but kept failing because they're all gigantic characters that don't fit well in such a small space.

So I'll either have to go to my back-up skinny character, or a close-up shot of one of the bigger ones in an attempt to go for broke on detail.

Probably the former, if I don't develop super texture skills.

Some hyper-male monstrosity with wh40k proportions. Is what I want to draw. Let's see if I can stave off that-which-impedes-me long enough to actually submit something, eh?

Edit:

Isn't she loooovely? [/steviewonder]

Never attempted this sort of style before. It needs contrast so badly.

@jalonso+StepDragon: yes, though I was thinking of it more as a part of the Myst universe rather than Riven in itself.

I'm tempted to try and make some sort of misty scene, where it looks like the mist is cosplaying as misty, but I know I definitely wouldn't be able to pull it off.

EDIT: Never mind, I did something weirder.
