The only gripes I have with it are the highlighting on the round roofs (looks a little flat) and the sea floor doesn't really look like it's under water since the colours are indistinguishable from the surface.

However, I think you could have done more with the colours. Right now you've got three seperate monochrome areas on your image. A redish face, a grey/blueish body and headphones, and a blue/greenish background on the right side. These areas are just a little too seperated for my taste, if you know what I mean.

Speaking of timing, there's one thing which doesn't look perfect yet imo: I think the blood gushing out of the body ends too abruptly; it's lacking the dynamics of the rest of the animation. You could leave it like that, but add a second, smaller, spurt of blood coming out afterwards, that would help I think. Anyway, keep it up :)

Especially around the grey tape, they don't seem to contribute much to the image. Especially on the top, they're really hard to distinguish from the main colour of the tape.

However, I think the palette lacks contrast, that would definetly help bring in the metallic look those games had. The brightness just seems to be a bit too evenly distributed over the piece.
