Thanks so much! That means a lot coming from an expert

Lovely idea, lovely execution. Very well done. The leaves are a joy to look at

It's held annually on the Pixel Art Discord server for the first 24 days of October. It's fun because you must use the same 24 colors for 24 pieces and each one must be 24x24.

Oops, looks like I accidentally named the file "jeb_". Issue should be resolved now

I would love to share it, but it's part of their paid patreon content, so I don't want to step on any toes

Also appreciate the comments about the water. I wouldn't have made anything quite as good without 1041uuu's tutorial.

I'm glad you like my other work! Though I think the plein air purists might be upset to learn that I have never taken my computer outside. I've always imagined that if I had the fortitude and patience to carry through with the visuals for an entire game, it would be a Firewatch style mystery in the wilderness. Maybe one day I guess.

No doubt one of my favorite pixel art pieces ever. Some things just stick with you.

Thanks! I think Kermit was the biggest fan favorite, but those scored highly as well.

Love the 3 of swords card. I never would've made a heart look that good with these colors.

I don't know if I've ever seen anyone render distant rain in pixel art. It looks incredible. Really inspirational.

Thank you Gecimen! It's not my forte, so I'm happy to hear you like them.

I appreciate it CELS :) You definitely already have a handle on vibrancy though!

Thanks! I'll admit a lot of the time I have no idea what I'm doing, so I'm glad this turned out.

This is incredible. I'm totally hearkening back to Saturday morning cartoons. Love how the sword breaks the preview border too. Great touch.

What made you choose to post the no bg version? Just sticking with your all-original stuff?

Incredible work 10G. Insanely realistic for something so obviously from a fantasy.

A story written in pixels. Now that's awesome!

Personally, I think the dithering detracts from the piece, but an otherwise phenomenal work

It's beautiful! Reminds me of the way 16pxl constructs clouds, but in an altogether unique context. Great work.
