This is the only drawing I've found so far labeled HD that actually IS HD *&* pixel art proper.  

Anyone who happens upon this picture, in my opinion, this is what HD means.  Take notes.  A lot of notes!  :)  

This in particular, something about it strikes me as vaguely 90's beat em up arcade konami...like this could have been in TMNT arcade or something.  Very cool, very large and very proper.  

The colors themselves tell me i shouldn't like this piece but when I look at it my eyes tell me 'this is nice.'  You have short circuited my decision making functions...

Interesting comic.  Maybe needs some contrast between the chosen colors, but I suppose it would lose it's bubblegum flavoring with that.  I'm not sure I get the comic, but if an artist's goal is to get people thinking about the piece, it worked!  I was staring at this for a good couple minutes.

I love 1-bit graphics!  MOAR.  This is well designed and the scene is very clear.

If you've never looked at fashion drawings, they use this kind of lighting all the time to bring out depth...basically anywhere normies would put light, they put shadow so it's almost like reverse pillow shading.  Looks cool here, but I think on the face, more blue tones *might* be seen?  Not sure really, so I'll just wave back to the guy and hope he doesn't get lost in space.

I like the mech design (and penis gun) but I'm curious why the mech is breathing... :)  My guess is that the full body motion controls (does it run on Kinnect?) are very sensitive to the pilot's motion!  :p  

Cool stuff...I'm a sucker for mech pixels (and oversized pixel bwooowbs).  I will be keeping an eye on your works.

Really excellent use of value to give this a really unique look comapred to most pixel art I see.  Good job. And I disagree with other comment; the hair looks good to me; looks like that 'kind of hair'. Doing 'curlies' in lo-fi just makes a garbled mess usually.

I'm cool with bwoowbs.  My only recommendation is to do what I also don't do which is put interesting details into the clothing.  I'm guilty of this; I can smell my own! Only other suggestion would be to give the hair a little more 'flow' so it feels she's flying through the air as the pose suggests.  As it is, the hair almost looks like it could be a helmet, but doesn't have the depth to actually BE a helmet so it's just sitting in uncanny valley for me.

Looking forward to seeing more busty ladies with big weapons.

I put a heart on this one just because I like the show.  This pixel art version is pretty funny too.  I could imagine playing a Xavier game and he's confused about why he can't move as fluidly as he remembered and why everything looks so edgy and fuzzy at the same time (pixels!)  :P

Cool.  It's like a cross between some demoscene stuff and the logo to Abadox or something.
