And that's the reason why I didn't post the animated version here. It has not pixeled, it was generated via a very buggy Tool I wrote myself. And that tool simply used some nearest neighbour algorithm for rotating, so that is the reason why it looks the way it looks (kinda like the bigger enemies in the newer Castlevania 2D Games).

Na, the main reason why I stopped working on the 2D Mesh Editor is because I am a lazy bum. The tool was way to complicated in concept and writing the whole thing in Gamemaker didn't really help the performance problems. I should have started this whole thing in C# or something like this. Afterwards I realised, that Flash has pretty much the same functionality and more. And since my job takes more time, I can hardly work on those project any more.

I did work on a newer bigger version of the Hazzreddigger, the Hazredqueen (now with a working lightsource and stuff :3), but it far from being finished (for about a year....).

Thanks for the hint, but dont worry ~ my weakpoints are well protected, so I dont have to fear massive Damage :3.

Yes, Shadow of the Colossus was one major Inspiration for this one.

The animation is not really pixelwork, since I animated it with a tool.

Hmm... I kinda thought the new Tyrant Guard look kinda like my Hazreddigger when I saw them first. The nids had some influence in her final design but a major influence was one of the Monster Transformations of Shadow Hearts 2.

Good question. Where is the lightsource. A simple answere, she is her own Lightsource. In the Game she was supposed to appear in a total dark room. The only light source would be her Crystals on the Back and on her Legs and Arms unless the hero found a lightsource first (which will not BE the case, since the quest to optain the lightsource is to defeat the hazreddigger first :3).  This would have kinda looked like this:

Maybe even a little bit darker.

3 Words: Based upon MVC. But the projects past ~ for the time being ~ anyway. I'm currently working on Eternal Night: Project Dee, which is based uppon my very own Universe. When I'm done with it I might recover this project since I got a ton of unused meterial lying around at my PC.

Actually you're right. The Face kinda looks like Ash Crimsons (KOF 2003) which IS actually a guy. Maybe I'll repost it when I've done some animations for it.

The Shadings based upon mmx 8, the walking animation upon Marvel VS Capcom. I once made a demo for a game using her sprite which can be found at http://www.geocities.com/last_angel_2099/ .

Looks greate. The best part is that you managed to create it with 24 colors. Now all you need is a game around it ^_^.

Looks good.  The weaponhand seems a little bit short, but thats about it.
