I think I missed this one. What an absolutely fantastic dump. Might be my favourite of yours. The character designs are so striking and original. That witch with the gigantic arm, that spear wielding angel with the eyes on his wings, the lady who grows as an extension of a tree. What a treat. 

I can all but visualise a level where that glowing knight and the lantern headed priest are the mobs and that angel is the boss battle. 

Can we petition From Soft or some other great RPG developer to hire you? Maybe Square? I've been playing FFXVI and the lack of enemy variety and then the lack of imaginition in the few enemies that are actually there are baffling. It's a scorpion. But big! Here's a spider. But it's big! Bet you've never seen that before?! I'm imagining now how much that world would be elevated by this kind of stellar monster design. 

This makes me want to get back into pixel art.

Man these are always such a treat. Some particular love for the colours on the shield skeleton. And I'm digging the canvas break on the spider, cool little touch.

Your sprite dumps are always a true pleasure. Great stuff to stare at for quite some time. I want to single out that rogue with the two daggers specifically, such an original and dynamic pose.

That is some flawless rendering. The ripples in the water, the fabric, the hair, the plants. Very impressive work.

Man this is fantastic

Lovely piece. Great use of negative space. I love how the black of the trees blends with the water, and then having the clear reflection to accentuate that it is water is such a beautiful touch. The lighting is so stark, kind of gives of the feel of a flash photo which gives it this eerie quality. Great composition as well, with that more open part of the woods creating depth. 

Really good stuff. The non-purist version is especially nice. Just begs for an animation though!
