They need to wave, the bird needs to gracefully hover in a pattern with its wings flapping, the palm fronds need to flap gently in the breeze, and the water needs to lap and splash at the shore. The clouds might even want to slowly glide across the frame. Santa's hat might want to wiggle as he waves, too.
