actually, the shadow, kinds of reflects the character personality, in this case, he isnt evil, just really serious, as oposite with the shadow of the main character, which is more of a trickster, more Crazy if you want to look at it that way, in an ideal game, this guys would be the main character, with his sence of duty and honor, not to saty the main character is evil, he just care way less that he should.

Didn't Use any reference, and I see your point on the hip motion, but the shoulder movement shouldn't be back and forward, since the arms remain in a layback position, and the torso staying still (non counting the up an down), I'll definetly work on the hip motion, but as I'm currently trying to reduce frames, to make it look faster, I doubt that the final hip motion is going to be big.

i tried to exagerate the runniong motion, but if it doesntlook like he is runnion, I'll guess returning to the drawing board is needed

I know it looks kind of slow, when I animate it the time between frames for the fusion is 0.04 sec, but when i make the gif, it changes it to 0.1 sec, which is too slow, and if i add more frames so that it looks more fluids, it takes more time to finish, and if i take frames out it looks even chopier, anyone knows hot to reduce the speed of the .gif?

thanks for your comments, ok, so I understand why you might think its big...because it is, since I wanna make a great game, I wanna try to make the coolest and biggest sprites I can, and I know that will take me more time, It's a burden I will galdly take if it gets me the result I hope for, and as for big bosses, I'm thinking megaman here, bosses are almost the same sise of the main character, 200x200 pix tops.
