First I didn't see that it was animated. I was about to switch to another image when I saw the little queen blowing in the glass. My nieces does the same lol Got my vote :O)

In fact, there is no perspective in the pencil. It would looks like it is standing up if it was not of the shadow. Otherwise it's good (and way better than what I can do lol)

Wow ! What is nice about this "tall pixels" creation is that it does NOT look like a tall pixels work. At first sight, I was sure that you forgot this rule, but at closer look, it is awesome to see that there is only fat pixels...

Nice ! Is it me or the rear arms look like wings ?

 From what I saw in the submissions, every one (but me) here in the Pixeljoint community can outrun what was done up to now.  It would be nice to have someone from here representing what real pixel art is.

In my humble opinion, it suggests a scene that has something that is made out of glass yes, but from the title, the idea of something that is also "painful". No ?

That is so sad that you missed it, you would have my vote... There is a lot of work there, especially on the fur... Nice one.

PS : I tried to enter the challenge with my first pixelart ever, but I'm so newb that I was only at line art level at the end of the week...

Nice work !!! About the light, the problem is that it induce a notion of perspective which is different from the entire image. I've understood that when I saw the straight ray beams of the Cathedral from Chrono Trigger posted by "Adcrusher524".

l really like the uncommon dithering pattern that you used.  You know, I've just got the idea that you could have added a sky light beam that project an apple sign, like in Gotham city and the batman sign... My two cents :o)

I was looking for this image and I finally found it back ... That was the first "pixel" art that I've stumbled upon on the web back when I did not know what was pixel art ... When I didn't even know Pixel Joint web site...  Now I've faved it this time. Great work !
