I imagine it like some kind of dinorun clone were instead of an explosion, you outrun a gamebreaking glitch.

I could have explored the glitch effect a little more. When I get some time I'll add more frames with wilder glitches.

Well, it's not New York, it's just some random city (I was thinking of an abandoned apocalyptic city or something like that). And those pixels aren't windows, just some ashes from the fire xD
