 Hi! haven't been on PJ for who knows how long! Looks great I'm glad you finnaly got to making new art. :)

 I recently removed this from the gallery but after improving I put it back on, still working on a design for the coin.

 Really nice dithering and lighting very nice.

 I like how simple the background is and also great aa and shading.

 So true that anime characters are always over exagerating their actions, very cool.

 What's the background for? I think you may need more contrast overall and you also need to work on the clothing and hair dithering pattern ( a little dithering goes a long way) maybe try also making the hair smoother looking by adding some aa.

 I think overall its a great piece, but maybe put a bit of extra dithering, that would make it look clean and finnished.

 I don't think this is a recolor job Level 1, If you hadn't noticed it isn't that hard to draw old fashioned mario.

 Tho I didn't win thank you for all the help, it really changed my approach at pixel art.!
