But after reading a forum entry here on PJ, I swapped the browsers. Firefox supports "nearest-neighbor" scaling indeed. With this in mind, I'll re-upload the gallery pic in 100%.

My first upload was the animated version and I've got a message from PJ: We're sorry to inform you that your submission does not meet our quality standards or the art needs revision for some miscellaneous reason. They did not provide any details, therefore I guessed that fading transparencies aren't welcome here!? That's the reason why I uploaded this basic version. I prefer to upload zoomed pics, because the PJ zoom function is blurry. I always want to zoom in while looking at other people's pixel art on PJ ... but it's never precise, unfortunately.

I could have emphasize it a bit more - indeed. Also thanks for the cool kneepad hint, but I guess I won't touch this piece anymore ... I accept those flaws and try to do better next time - that's the way which works best for me. Otherwise my pics wouldn't ever be finished, you know! ;)
