 It's definitely a good piece, but I'd have to criticize on the facial expression of the man.

 Simple and clean - I like.

 Oh lovely majestic Gandalf, we all love you. You've had a good go at him and his posture seems similar to those of an old man's, so to speak, you've got it perfect.

 I feel the characters on the right need larger eyes, they're somewhat block of vision by the visors makes them look like they're eyes are too small, which is quite obvious.

 The middle left picture looks fantastic, but I've noticed he's missing his leg. I'd really like you to finish up on them, they all look amazing. 

It's definitely a nice piece, though I'd have to agree with jalonso, the pillow shaded area doesn't keep with the consistent style you've gone for. On another note, I'd like to point out that the M should be centered, it doesn't look right at the very bottom.

 Whilst the art itself is actually well done, I have to criticise on the slashing animation. It stays still with a relaxed pose and just releases a 'way too fast' chop.

All and all, it's a good piece.

 The ones on the right look too angry for a casual pose, I'd have to say the ones on the left.
