His left shoulder seems strange, he has no toes, his torso looks more like he is coming from behind he pants, as if he were crawling out of someone's stomache. Also, the pants have no real texture, they look like plastic or metal or something, maybe put in a few in-between colors.

Some things to work on: 1.)The guy in the middle's eyes are too close together. 2.)The guy in the middle's hair is a little strange, as is the guy on the right's 3.)The black on the middle guy's brow is a little too heavy 4.)The black on the middle guy's nose, and around the lips. And the nose outline 5.)The first guy looks like he has a ton of nose hair (which is really gross) 6.)The guy on the far right's lips look a little like a frog. I listed the problems in order by how severe I find them to be. I guess I felt like being organized for once in my life
