Have to agree with iSTVAN... the dithering becomes kind of strange around his chest, and it isn't until one or two zooms that I see it more realistically.

Everything else is spot-on, though; I love how it reminds me of a still from 'Beneath a Steel Sky' or 'Dreamweb,' or some other DOS-era cyberpunk game.  Great job!

Looks straight out of Metal Slug, there's no doubt about it, and the 'Micro Machines' inspiration made me smile with nostalgia.  5/5, fav'ed.  Just out of curiousity, what program(s) do you use for your drawing/animating?  Great job!

I've never seen anything like this in my life.  Pixellated or non.  The lines are so immaculate, the colours so amazingly blended, it's nigh impossible to tell that this is digital, save for the obvious preter-nature of the subject and by zooming in to pick the pixels out.

Fav'ed.  Well done.  Now give me my breath back, thief.

Trust me... it's fine. *-*  It reminds me of some combination of an old DOS HorrorSoft game called 'WaxWorks' that I'm obsessed with and the cover of 'All Flesh Must Be Eaten.'  Positively stunning!  5/5, Fav'ed!

I've always wished someone would have the yarbles (certainly not me because I lack the ingenuity) to create a sort of 'thimble' for the DS; for games like Mario 64 and AC:WW, it's so cumbersome to have to whip the stylus out for brief intervals.  This pic, like Saxamaphone said, reminded me of something found in a WarioWare game.

Great job.  Truly very great.

Delicious.  Fine detail, great shading.  It all looks very cartoony... like something from a comic book.  (Hmm... wonder why?...)  Your work never fails to amaze me!

One thing to say; IDKFA.  I'm a Doom addict, and you sir, are an artist.

Agree with Skull, the detail is incredible.  Great job, I'll surely be using this as a reference/aspiration for my iso's!

Truly incredible.  Reminds me of the bio-weapon level from 'Shinobi 3.'  Good times... insta'fav!

Total favourite now.  All it needs is a Vincent Price zombie!  Instant fav!

Wannahlakujuu, you're right, like ThereIsNoCure said; it was actually the direct inspiration of George Romero's original "Night of the Living Dead," and it treated vampirism as a virus, not a mythological affliction; plus in the Vincent Price movie, the vampires were very zombie-esque.

Anyway, again, great job; totally going to use this as a reference for my n00bish crap.  :P

By the way, what're the dimensions here?  I'm trying to get a feel for sprite dimensions of this quality, or at least of the quality/size ration.  Thanks!

Incredible.  Ever play a game called 'Another World' (also titled 'Out of This World')?  The palette, shadows, and animation really remind me of that game, awesome style.  Have you written any tutorials?  You should think of it.  What tools/apps do you use?

Magic, man; whole lotta' magic.  If you don't mind, I'm fav'ing this so I can use it as a reference in my iso works, for things like people and proportions and details and other stuff.  Blew me away!

Absolutely in love.  Especially those ink-slime droolies from the mouth... they remind me of the sort of 'ecto-hair' style of Stephen Gammell, illustrator of those 'Scary Stories' books.  Great stuff!

I see what Nomade's saying... could probably help by eliminating the side rock walls and the rear ones, replace them with some kind of ledge texture.

What I really envy, though, is the lack of 'grid.'  The tiles blend together REALLY well.  I'd really be interested to know how you did that.  Great job!

I would love to do animations like this.  Frankly I'd love to do animations period.  Reminds me of so many great RPGs, particularly of the Disgaea ilk.  Great job!
