The first head is the entire horse-shaped structure, the second is the face above the teeth, third is the eye on the horn with it's mouth as the crevice (sorta hard to tell)

Too much 50% dithering and noise everywhere especially on his sash. If you eliminated the areas of shade dithering with an area of a buffer shade on the face, the forms would be really attractive, looking like an ikke piece.

The mouth is awsomely detailed. Dithering doesn't work well on pac-man, it's too rough on a surface interpreted to be smooth.

d/p seemed pixel-artsy enough for me. I guess you could hue shift more and use colored or no outlines. But it looks very well done as it is. Make an evolution. :)
