From challenge winner jamon comes this week's challenge. A rainy day scene. May be any time of day. Realistic or fantasy.

Rules:

Canvas Size: 240 x 140 vertical or horizontal
Transparency: No
Animation: Allowed
Color Palette: 32 color max
