Using only 15 colors of your choice on a 150x150 canvas make an item on a transparent background which focuses on the SelOut (Selective Outlining) technique.
The pixel itself may be a figure, object or anything at all. While overall idea and general pixel prowess is of some importance in getting votes.
The SelOut is what matters this week.
Rules:
- Canvas Size: 150x150 exactly
- Colour Restriction: 15 color palette max (16th color is transparency).
- Transparency: Must use to best judge the SelOut technique used.
