Finally, after more than half a decade, this isometric collaborative piece has been completed. It consists of 192 50x50 tiles, all assembled between July 10 2005 and September 1 2010.
Just some of the things you can expect to see are: an oil spill, two menacing tentacled creatures, a floating desert, an anthropomorphic lighthouse and 5 euros worth of rooftop golf. What else can you find...?
Thanks to everyone who participated; the final image can be seen here.
Are you kidding? Look at mine. I just added some missing water and a red-haired girl! Mine is by far the worst. I would have done more but I didn't wanna screw it up. :p
every single pj noob has made something for that iso mess. i can even see my tiles from here and god damn they are ugly heh
@Manupix, we can never remove pieces in collabs. Sometimes they can be ruined but its just unfair to those that made 'some' effort even if they failed. If a collab is made and it says from the beginning that your piece is 'subject to voting/adding/removing' then yes, otherwise we just can't, ya noes.
Cool! Now let's finish this one!
It's been stuck for a while, and I think it should be purged of some contributions which made no effort to fit with neighboring pieces (most of the left bottom corner).
For some reason when I clicked the link I was thinking i was going to watch a massive image.
it still nice to see some old collab
I remember when this thing started out. Holy crap I feel old.
The little alien and person playing with the ball, and the little person in the orange floatie are mine. =D
