Favicon Pixel Tutorial

PJ member iLKke, was requested to create a rudimentary tutorial for pixelling favicon-sized sprites. Fairly simple stuff, but useful to some.

@lucas, a favicon is the 16x16 image by the url in your browser used to bookmark/fave a site. So a fave icon

I did a rendition of a Pixeljoint Favicon for my dead blog, that I used as a link. I made a few favicons that day, Its good fun.
