Lock the taskbar!

This week I want you to depict a desktop with all that goes with it. Bars, icons and of course a neat backround. You can get creative or recreate your own desktop. (poor example)

Canvas Size - Exactly. 300x160.
Colors - Max. 32.
Transparency -  No.
Animation - Optional.

I agree with skeddles ! I always wanted to design a fictional 16 bit Operating System from the 90s. This challenge is a good reason to do it !
